PoshFest Day 2 OOTD: Stripes & Gold

Dress: Kate Spade via Poshmark // Shoes: Via Spiga via Nordstrom Rack // Watch: Michael Kors via Nordstrom Rack// Jewelry: Margaret and Elizabeth via RocksBox, Prima Donna & Vintage // Belt: Unknown // Nail Polish: Rouge Louboutin by Christian Louboutin
For my second day at PoshFest San Francisco (and the day I co-led a workshop on how to gain more followers on the Poshmark app), I chose to wear a feminine and flirty dress that totally captures my aesthetic and personality.
I found this adorable black and white striped dress on Poshmark (how fitting!) in the closet of user DesignHamptons. She’s a great seller who was kind enough to allow me to buy this dress for lower than the price originally listed. What other consignment store can say they do the same?
This beautiful dress is by Kate Spade – one of my absolute favorite designers. Kate Spade’s brand simply speaks to me with their girly yet chic designs and style.

This dress features a full a-line skirt that flares out from the waist. This is a really figure-flattering shape, which is why it’s such a classic. I added a thin black bow belt to emphasize my wait even more.

The dress also has a unique and eye-catching bow across the chest leaving two cut outs at the top. This detail is what first caught my eye when I saw the dress and made me fall in love with it. It also has pockets! Love love love dresses with pockets.

I added some gold accessories to make this look pop. I’m wearing a vintage braided bracelet from the 70s that I purchased at a local thrift shop and added a similarly braided ring from Prima Donna. You can take a closer look at it on my Instagram page here.

I’m also wearing a stunning pair of Margaret and Elizabeth earrings which I received in my latest RocksBox delivery. I love these beauties so much that I actually purchased them. How could I return such an exquisite piece of jewelry?

I’m very into watches at the moment so I also added this Michael Kors chronographic watch which I purchased from Nordstrom Rack at Union Square here in New York City.

I finished this outfit of the day by adding these sexy Via Spiga heels. They’re black patent leather, double strapped peep-toe shoes. They feature gunmetal hardware which is quite uncommon and one of the reasons I was immediately drawn to them. I also bought these at Nordstrom Rack at an unbeatable price. I find that my Rouge Louboutin nail polish by Christian Louboutin really stands out against all the black from the heels.

How do you like to showcase your feminine and flirty side? Let me know in the comment section below.
