Fitness Challenge Week 2: SoulCycle

In week 2 of my #DMfitchallenge (a health and fitness challenge I created for myself), I try SoulCycle for the first time. SoulCycle is a super popular and trendy spinning class that incorporates cycling, weights and inspirational messages to treat both body and mind.
