Fitness Challenge Week 1: POPSUGAR Fitness

I’m so excited to share that I’m starting a new health and fitness challenge I created for myself. It’s called #DMfitchallenge and it involves trying out a new trendy workout every week 3x a week for the next 4 weeks…all leading up to my trip to Hawaii. I’m also going on a low-carb / keto diet to help me reach my health and fitness goals.
