Fit Friday: Fruit & Spinach Smoothie

I’m a huge fan of fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies.They’re a great way to ensure you’re eating the recommended amount of servings for each.Here is a simple one that incorporates sweet, nutrient-rich fruits with an iron-rich green. 
Start off by adding a cup of coconut water to your blender. 
I’m using a can of Goya coconut water which contains actual pieces of coconut in it. 
Add a couple of spears of pineapple to your blender.
Then add some mango. I prefer to use the frozen kind because it will make your smoothie cold and thick. 
Now add some frozen blueberries. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and minerals so they’re always a great addition to any smoothie. 

Finally, add some spinach for fiber and iron to your mixture and blend.

If your mixture is too thick for your liking, simply add more coconut water and blend until you’re happy with the consistency of your smoothie.
