Black, White & Print

Top: Sugar Lips // Skirt: Hot & Delicious via Poshmark // Sandals: Shelly’s London // Jewelry: Prima Donna and c/o Kendra Phillip // Sunglasses: Dior
I’m starting to incorporate more print into my wardrobe. As someone who has lived in fear of bold prints for most of my life, I’m adding it in an easy, non-intimidating way.
In this Summer Outfit of the Day, I’m taking the classic black and white palette and adding a fun design in the mix.

I’m wearing an Original Seamless Tank Top by Sugar Lips. Tanks are a staple in men’s and children’s clothing, but they can be just as versatile in a woman’s closet. You can easily dress them up or down. I like this one because it’s of very good quality and is one-size-fits-all. Talk about versatility!

I added some flair to this look by adding this cool, tribal-like printed skirt. It’s in the black and white color scheme so it’s not overwhelmingly bold for me.

The waist is elastic, which makes it incredibly comfortable to wear. It’s an A-line skirt that is fully lined and of a silk-like material. The buttons add an adorable and feminine touch. And you all know how much I love a high waisted skirt. This Hot & Delicious skirt was purchased on Poshmark, my go-to consignment shop app.

I’m wearing one of my very first handbag purchases, this leather draw-string Coach shoulder bag. I can’t tell you how many years I’ve owned this bag but it remains one of my most used bags. Small enough to carry around with ease, but roomy enough to hold all of my necessary items for a day about town.

To jazz up this outfit, I added this super cool multi-chain necklace from Prima Donna. I’ve recently become addicted to necklaces that fall low on the torso. This one is one of my favorites because it’s so audacious. It can dress up any outfit (even a regular old tank like this one!). I’m also wearing Alex and Ani bracelets along with a couple of Prima Donna silver toned bracelets. You’ll also note I’m wearing my silver Kendra Phillip ring (first worn here).

These cute and comfy sandals are by Shelly’s London. I’ve been wearing them a ton this summer as you can see from my last Outfit of the Day blog post here.
