COVE Device Review

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I’ve suffered from anxiety and sleep issues for years. I can remember having my first panic attack in the 7th grade! For me, it’s something that I’ve learned I need to live with and manage day-to-day. As I’ve mentioned before, I mostly manage my stress and anxiety through breathing exercises. listening to music and I even purchased a weighted blanket to help me sleep.  Sometimes these things work, sometimes they aren’t as effective as I’d like but I just thought “it is what it is”.

But then Feelmore Labs reached out to me about their new COVE device.  It is lightweight wearable technology that has been designed to improve sleep and reduce stress. They did 4+ years of extensive research with experts in neuroscience, mood disorders and sleep science to develop this device. They did independent studies at Brown University and worked with a leading clinical researcher from Harvard Medical School.

Your brain has a natural system that helps you relax and COVE sends gentle vibrations that can help activate and create more pathways for your brain to help you relax. The unique vibrations simulate the effects of “affective touch” inducing feelings of comfort and calm. Well, this device basically mimics that effect in your brain but helps the brain develop those pathways using our own chemistry and hormones to reduce stress and help us sleep better.

So how does it work?

Using COVE is super simple. You just put it on and use the app to start your sessions. Sessions are just 20 minutes and you should use it at least once a day to see results.

What I really love about COVE is that you don’t have to set aside time from your day to focus on your session – unlike breathing exercises or meditation. COVE works pre consciously, behind the scenes. You can do it while you’re out for a walk, doing chores around the house, working at your computer or any activity that would normally stress you out. If you’re a fan of meditation, users have said COVE helps them get into the “zone” much faster.

I’ve been using COVE for about 3 to 4 weeks now and I can honestly tell you that I’m seeing positive changes. I’m definitely less stressed in general but especially during activities that would normally cause my anxiety to rise. I’m also falling asleep almost immediately after getting into bed. I’m also enjoying journaling in the app, which is another great management tool in and of itself.

COVE has an amazing 45 day trial period because it’s not a magic pill. You need to use it consistently for a few weeks to really see results. You can also finance it for as low as $45 a month. So go to the description box below and click on the link to check out their website and try out this device for yourself.

I’ve been able to incorporate it very easily into my daily routine and I hope it helps you like it’s been helping me.
