These Altuzarra for Target boots were made for walking! And that’s just what I did this past rainy weekend. I zipped these brand new babies up and took them for a stroll near Kaufman Astoria Studios, here in Queens. Not only do these seductive babies go over-the-knees, but they also feature these great stapes that wrap around the knees.
