Fit Friday: Smoothie of the Day

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’m a big fan of natural juices and smoothies. In fact, I often post “Smoothie of the Day” photos on my social networks. (Be sure to follow me on Instagram to see more original content that you won’t find on the blog or my YouTube channel.)
Here’s a yummy light green vegan smoothie you can easily make at home using your blender. 

1. 1/2 large yellow mango

 2. 1/2 cup to 1 cup of pineapple chunks without the core (depends on how much you like pineapple)

3. I large celery stick

4. 1/2 Apple (green or red are fine)

5. 1 cup spinach for iron

6. Blend
