Celebrate Spring with Old Navy

Old Navy is not the Old Navy I remember growing up. They’ve really stepped up their game. Now you can find some fashionable pieces there that are just as nice as the ones you see in more “upscale” stores but for a fraction of the price. I’ve pretty much lived in their jeweled sweatshirt this winter (see it here).

Old Navy’s Spring and Summer collection is just another example of their revamped aesthetic. At their press preview, I saw some comfortable, light dresses in a variety of colors. You can easily dress each one up or down with Old Navy accessories like denim vests/jackets, sandals and handbags.

Old Navy’s most recent Press Preview event at the Refinery Hotel Rooftop. The event was set up like a farmer’s market. It featured a bouquet stand, a jam tasting by The Jam Stand and macaroons from Le Maison du Macaron. My favorite part of the event was the smell of fresh flowers that hit you as soon as the elevator doors opened.

Take a look at some of the photos I took at the event and catch a glimpse at what old Navy has for you.
