Introducing Fit Fridays!

As many of you know, I was a very overweight girl for most of my life. I reached close to 200lbs at one point and was a size 14/16 in highschool. It wasn’t until I was in College that I started to focus on my health and lose weight.  I often get asked how I lost my weight, what diets I’ve tried, requests for tips, review, etc.. I’m finally going to share it all with you for the next few weeks in a series I’m calling “Fit Fridays”.
Since the #1 New Year’s Resolution for most Americans is health related, I thought it would be a perfect time to unveil this new series. While I’m not the healthiest woman in the world or a health expert per se, I did lose 50 pounds and created a much healthier eating and living habits for myself. Expect to see shopping guides, healthy recipes, reviews and much more. This will also be a safe place for you to share your ideas, stories, recipes and whatever you want to discuss that is health and fitness related.
