As many of you know, my husband is from New Orleans. Since my first trip to NOLA in 2010, it’s become a home away from home for me. If the food, music, nightlife and people aren’t enough to entice you to visit The Big Easy, the shopping definitely will.
New Orleans is full of history and fun in every corner, especially if you are a vintage/retro-loving guy or gal. It’s the home to National World War II Museum, which is the most technologically impressive museum I’ve ever visited. World renowned restaurants will serve you delicacies that have been served for centuries. The drinks flow through New Orleans like no other place on Earth (can you say “Drive-Through Daiquiri”?). And the music? Oh the music! Jazz, Blues, Zydeco, Latin fusion…it’s all happening in NOLA.
Now, let’s get back to the shopping. New Orleans has numerous shops to fulfill every fashion appetite. Like vintage? New Orleans has more vintage/antique shops than you can shake a stick at. Want to buy American? Local boutiques feature local, American-Made brands and proudly showcase Louisiana designers.

Como muchos de ustedes saben, mi esposo es de Nuevo Orleans. Desde mi primer viaje a NOLA en 2010, se ha convertido en un segundo hogar para mí. Si la comida, la música, la vida nocturna y la gente no es suficiente para atraerlos a visitar The Big Easy, las tiendas definitivamente lo hará.
