MAXImum Elegance

Dress: Vince Camuto // Bag: c/o Mary Lai // Shoes: Michael Kors // Belt: Vintage Gucci // Bracelet: Kendra Scott via RocksBox // Temporary Tattoos: Lionheart Designs & Kismet Cosmetics // Makeup: Urban Decay, CIRCA Beauty and Anastasia Beverly Hills
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina with my family for a long Summer weekend getaway. It’s a beautiful resort in Cambridge, Maryland and the perfect place to showcase some fabulous summer style.
For a date night dinner, I wore this beautiful Vince Camuto maxi dress. I love the blend of light blue and navy hues. And the light blue print reminds me of willow patterned china.

The vertical stripes along the front and back of this dress really elongate my 5’4” frame. I enjoy dressing in  casual maxi dresses during warm days. This is an elegant option for an evening out. I’m also a fan of the delicate details of this dress, like the neckline and the ribbon around the collar.

I’ve cinched my waist with a vintage gold toned Gucci belt. It belonged to my mother and she gave it to me a few years ago. I adore pieces that have a bit of history and/or sentimental value like this one.

To add a touch of modern sparkle, I put on some temporary tattoos by Lionheart Print & Kismet Cosmetics. I featured them in my New Orleans Haul here.

I carried my Mary Lai handbag. This is one of my favorite bags because, not only is it beautiful, it actually has two sides! It’s like two bags for the price of one! You can see the other side of this bag here.

I finished this Outfit of the Day with my Michael Kors wedges. Their navy patent leather with a gold “MK” logo medallion. The wedge itself features navy and white stripes.
I created a lovely gold eyeshadow look using my new Urban Decay Naked Smokey palette. I added a pop of brightness with my Spicy liquid lipstick by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
