LuckyFABB Day 2 OOTD

I’ve had a few people ask me for details on what I wore to LuckyFABB. Yesterday, I posted my Outfit of the Day for my first day of Lucky Magazine’s Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference. This was a last minute outfit I put together (due to the late arrival of top I was expecting before the beginning of the conference) for the second day. Believe me, I was stressed about it. Fortunately, I received these adorable and super comfy Yosi Samra flats in the All Access ticket holders’ gifting suite. It inspired the rest of the outfit.

The navy dress is by Cynthia Rowley and I purchased it at TJ Maxx. Yes, I’m a huge maxxinista! This is one of my favorite TJ Maxx finds as Cynthia Rowley is one of my favorite designers. This dress has classic elements along with modern touches.
The top of the dress is more of a tank style with the bands coming together in the back in a racerback cut. It also has a gold colored zipper that goes from the top of the dress past the waist in the back.

The skirt is a-line with some pleating at under the waist band. It also has pockets. Don’t you just love dresses with pockets? I do! I added a gold colored vintage Gucci chain belt. I though it was a good way to add gold touches to go with the gold zipper and the gold colored chains of the shoes.

Speaking of shoes. Here’s a closer look at my Yosi Samra flats. How cute are they? And did I mention they’re comfortable? So so so comfy. They’re perfect for long New York City days. They’re made with a velvety navy blue material and feature snakeskin-like material in the back of the shoes (see the photo at the bottom of this post for a better look). I just adore the t-strap embellished with the gold colored link chain.
For some special baubles, I wore my Colombian gold charm necklace. I then added an amazing double cuff ring that is also made of Colombian 18k gold. Both pieces were designed by my aunt several years ago (before most people ever heard of cuff rings). If I had all of the money in the world, the first thing I’d do is start a jewelry business with that incredible woman! Who needs costume jewelry when you have pieces like these!?

I wore my signature classic with a pinup twist makeup. This, of course, features neutral eye shadows, a winged liner and a red lip. Click here to see my tutorial for this look.

¿He mencionado son cómodos?
